Imagine you have 400 pages in a report and you need to find a category some where in the report, all it takes one click and you are there.

Has the Fit to page capability by letting the user selecting the number of rows of fields to be generated in the report. VisualRep will attempt to squeeze all fields by reducing the font size. Create Report either for rows or columns.

Limit the number of records in query

The Advanced form within the query wizard enables you can to limit the number of records to be shown in the query such as the Top 100 records or the Top 10%. That could be useful if you need to find the top 5% of the sales rep that generated the most revenue.

Report categories

You can create a category for a group of reports when you want view only number of reports for specific criteria. This is useful when there is a large number of reports.
